How to return an order?

All products belong to a vendor other than oil of Spain unless they are limited edition EVOO. In the case of returning an order, the product must be in the same state in which the seller sent it. In the event that there has been a problem with the order, please send photos of the reception of the order before and after taking out the packaging. You can contact the seller directly.

According to the order, you have 15 working days from the reception of the order.

In the event that you do not know Oil of Spain you will be given all the information to return the order or in some cases be refunded.

I have a problem with a vendor, what should I do?

In case you have a problem with one of the vendors. Please inform Oil of Spain as soon as possible, who will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Ways to return the payment?

All payments that are returned will be made within a maximum of 3 weeks in the method of payment with which the customer has paid.

My order has not arrived ?

Some orders take longer than others depending on the time and area of delivery. Please note that all sellers do their best to ship as soon as possible. If you have any problems with shipping or it is delayed more than usual, please contact the seller directly who will inform you of the status of the order or directly with us.
